I cannot recommend this company enough. From my first contact through to the completion of the project their customer service was impeccable. The rot repair service for timber frames window units is incredible! I was blown away by the results! I didn't think it was possible to keep some of the frame and replace the rotted areas with new timber and not see where it was done after painting, boy did they prove me wrong. We also had HMR replace our single glazed glass with double glazed units that include Hush laminate for our windows and our sliding door. Not only have the new windows significantly reduce condensation, but it also dramatically decreased outside noise! And best of all our energy use dropped because the double glazed unit steadies the temperature inside the house.
