Step One
Measure & Quote
Step 1: begins with your request for a quote. You may have received our online estimate and would like to proceed to a quote or would like to start an onsite detailed quote. We’ll come to your home or business and assess your needs, fully scope the works and talk you through the process.
Your installation timeframe will depend on the number of windows and doors being upgraded, rot or other damage repairs, and site access. From there, we’ll prepare a
full quote.
Step Two
Acceptance
Step two: is to accept our quote. Once you are fully confident with our assessment of your needs and quote we’ll ask you to accept our quote in writing and make a 30% deposit. We will then commence manufacturing your glass and plan an installation schedule with you.
Step Three
Installation
Step 3: is the installation. Once your glass is ready, we will contact you to confirm your installation schedule. If any changes are needed during the process we will discuss them with you prior to actioning.
Step Four
Sign Off
Step four is to sign off on the completed installation. Our goal is to ensure that you’re completely satisfied with our work. Our end-of installation sign off process encourages you to review every aspect of our work to ensure it is completed as per the agreed quote and to your full satisfaction. Once we’ve received your sign off, we appreciate payment within 7 days.

At HMR Glaziers, we value your time. We offer two pricing methods; onsite quote or online estimate. Onsite quoting will provide you with precise measurements and specific job details for window and door installations. As retrofitted timber frames require specific attention, depending on frame design, timber type, age and condition an onsite assessment will ensure the accuracy of your quote.
